“SCIENCE, INFORMATION AND SPIRIT 2009”
4 and 5 July 2009 in Saint Petersburg the annual international Congress “Science, Information and Spirit” was held. As usual, Congress attracted a lot of attention: scientists and researchers from 15 countries, including USA, Australia, many European countries presented their results; more than 200 people participated in Congress sessions, 30 speeches were presented on key areas of modern science development/
Special attention in the first day attracted presentation by Dr. Konstantin Korotkov “Electrophotonics – main achievements and new horizons” where an impressive overview of the Electrophotonic Imaging (EPI) based on GDV technique was given. Results in medicine, psychology, consciousness and ecological studies, emotions registration – these were only some discussed topics.
Special guest speaker was Dr. Gerald Pollak – the leading world researcher in the field of water studies and Editor of the first water journal (www.waterjournal.org). Results, presented in his speech “Water, Energy and Surfaces: An Unexpectedly Profound Linkage” demonstrated conceptual basis for the answer to the long disputed question: “What is it water structure?”.
Same topic related to biology was discussed by Professor Vladimir Voeikov from Moscow University. For many years Dr. Voeikov is considered as one of the world leaders in water science and his presentations every time generate new insights and ideas.
Professor Louis Rey told about his unique experiments on studding low-temperature thermoluminescence of ice created from homeopathic dilutions. Peculiarities of spectrum obtained with the whole array of modern equipment leave no doubts on the specific structural properties of homeopathic solutions.
Presentations at the Congress were mostly dedicated to applications of Electrophotonic in different areas: evaluation of cognitive functions and human intellect; prediction of acute post-surgical abnormalities of consciousness; measurement of the objects of natural environment; and even Essay in Bioelectrography of Musical Environment.
Series of research with Electrophotonic was presented by scientists from Jackson University, Mississippi, USA. First of all they checked the range of variation of the main EPI parameters for the group of Afro-American population. It was demonstrated that statistical variation of parameters practically coincides with published previously for European population. This confirms the concept that the state of health is mostly defined by the style of living and genetic factors mostly play pivotal role in appearance and character. Interesting data were obtained by measuring children with autism and the members of their families. These data testify the necessity of further research in this delicate area. Testing of athletes by specialists of Jackson University open up perspectives of Russian – American joint research programs in this field.
Interesting new development presented at the Congress was “Eco-Tester” instrument. It allows following up the changes of environmental situation both in geo-active zones and at the moments of strong variations; register emotional reactions of the audience to the presentation or musical performance. Unlike the “5th Element” instrument “Eco-Tester” operates without computer, storing all the data at the USB memory stick for the further processing. This instrument is prepared for the production line.
Brilliant application of theoretical ideas into practical healing technology was demonstrated by Dr. Ulrich Randoll from Munich, Germany. He has developed the method of treatment of most serious chronic pains based on low-frequency vibrations and magnetic fields. MaRhyTheTM therapy mechanically stimulates the diseased muscle tissue and leads to synchronization effect, the so called entrainment. Testing of the before-after effect with Electrophotonic demonstrated strong positive effect of treatment.
Congress Proceedings were published in Russian and English. Most interesting materials will be presented in extended way in Russian scientific journal “Consciousness and Physical Reality”.
Congress was concluded by night boat trip on Niva river. It was wonderful opportunity to exchange impressions, discuss with colleagues, plan perspectives of joint activity. Night sun is not very bright at the time of Saint Petersburg’s White Nights, but it was bright enough to illuminate splendid architecture of the North Venice along Niva river. All participants parted the boat with great satisfaction and all of them decided to come to the next Congresses.
